Gatewatch Coordinator

Gatewatch promotes the safety and security of our pool by ensuring that only members and their guests enter the facility. Members performing  gatewatch are also responsible for assisting lifeguards or members in the case of an emergency. Gatewatch allows members to be “ambassadors” of the pool for a few hours during their shift.

  • Login to your account and navigate to Reservations → Make Reservations
  • Select Gatewatch facility group
  • Navigate to an available date with open shifts
  • Select your desired shift
  • Select Member who will perform the shift
  • Select email(s) to receive a confirmation and reminder 1 day prior (optional)
  • Select Book It
  • Your gatewatch shift will now show up under Reservations →My Reservations.
  • Login to your account
  • Navigate to the Reservation→My Reservations
  • Select Cancel
  • Select Confirm Delete

Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance to allow another member the opportunity to take your spot.

All  the materials you will need for gatewatch can be found at the desk,  including a complete list of duties. Your primary role is to check in members. The materials at the desk outline other responsibilities to complete during your shift.

You must complete 3 shifts to be eligible to receive your gatewatch deposit back.  Please be mindful of other members by not signing up for more than your required shifts and then cancelling as this takes potential shifts away from other members and leaves the gatewatch desk unattended.

Refunds will be issued after you have completed your third shift and have no unpaid bills. To process your refund, please fill out this form by 10/31 indicating your preferred payment method (PayPal or Zelle). Once the form is submitted, the Gatewatch Coordinator will issue your refund.

Unfortunately, gatewatch refunds are not issued after the 10/31 deadline.

No, you must first pay your unpaid bills before you can receive your full $100 refund.
