Membership + Lap Swim: If membership and lap swim pass were cancelled, then update the account type to "Non-Member".
Lap Swim (Member): If lap swim pass was cancelled but membership was retained, then update account type to "Member".
Lap Swim (Non-Member): If lap swim pass was cancelled, then update account type to "Non-Member".
Party: If party was cancelled, then delete the reservation.
