Guests

Policy

  • Members may bring up to six (6) guests per day per account.
  • A guest pass (credit) must be purchased for each guest, except for infants under one year old, regardless of whether they plan to swim.
  • Minor guests must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • The member must be present for their guests to be admitted.
  • The pool is for recreational swimming use only. No private lessons, instruction, or coaching by an outside entity is allowed.

Guest Passes (Credits)

  • Guest Credits can be purchased in advance through your online account for $7 per guest. To purchase, go to Payments → Make Payments in your account.
  • Guest Credits may also be purchased at the Gatewatch desk using your Splash Card balance. Charges cannot be billed to your account.
  • Be sure to maintain sufficient funds on your Splash Card throughout the season.

Check-In

  • Guests must check in at the gatewatch desk upon arrival.
  • Gatewatch will apply one guest credit per guest before granting access.

Splash Cards

Splash Cards are used to purchase Guest Credits and Popsicles. Funds must be added to your Splash Card before making purchases.

**Splash cards are non-refundable

Enable and Fund Your Splash Card

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Splash Cards.
  3. Click Enable All Cards.
  4. Load your desired balance.

Link Family Members

To allow family members on your account to use Splash Cards:

  1. Go to Splash Cards.
  2. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the card.
  3. Select Link Member.
  4. Choose the family member.
  5. Click Link Member to confirm.

Repeat these steps for each family member who should be able to use the Splash Card.

Using Your Splash Card

  1. Guest Credits can be purchased using your Splash Card balance.
  2. Popsicles are available for $1 each and can be purchased using your Splash Card balance.
  3. Purchases made at the Gatewatch desk will be deducted from your available Splash Card balance.
  4. Cash is not accepted.
  5. Be sure to keep sufficient funds available on your Splash Card throughout the season.
